Free standard shipping on Singapore orders of SGD 150.00 or more : No promotion code needed. Restrictions apply, limited time only. Shipping addresses must be within the republic of Singapore, excludes shipping addresses to military bases and international addresses. Valid on orders of SGD 150.00 or more, after all discounts and promotions are applied. Taxes and prior purchases do not qualify toward SGD 150.00 minimum. Subject to change, offer expires at the discretion of Dreiheit House.

There are a handful of exclusions for which most discounts do not apply, including 3rd Party items & accessories (items not made by Dreiheit House), items that are marked down on sale to a lower price (including those listed on our ‘Last Chance’ page), hand-packed Gift Sets, Gift Certificates/E-Gift Cards, shipping rates, taxes, and any item that is not in stock at the time of the promotion. For most excluded items, a short note is added to the bottom of the product description online, saying “discounts do not apply”. Also, discount codes are not combinable with any other discount code or automatically applied code. Also, discounts are not combinable with Rewards points redemption. You may choose to either use your Rewards Points, or a discount code at checkout.

Dreiheit House accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayNow, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are in Singapore Dollars.

YES. When using a pre-paid Gift Card from VISA, MasterCard or AMEX, enter the pre-paid Gift Card number in the Credit Card field in Payments. When using prepaid gift cards, the amount on the card must MEET or EXCEED the amount of your online order. For example, if you have a SGD 50.00 VISA Gift Card, and your order total is SGD 75.00, your gift card will be declined, because the card does not have enough funds to cover the entire order total.

 

Some stores and websites offer their own Gift Cards or Gift Certificates. When used, they simply deduct the amount of the card (for example SGD 50.00) from your online order total (for example SGD 75.00). You then pay the remaining balance with a credit card or payment of your choice (SGD 25.00). Our Dreiheit House Gift Certificates and Dreiheit House E-Gift Cards work this way.

YES. Our Dreiheit House Gift Cards are a perfect alternative to guessing someone’s favourite tea blend or product. You may print a certificate from our website and deliver in person, or, send it via email as an E-Gift Card. Since we do not send a physical certificate or card, there is no shipping charge. NOTE: Gift Cards apply only to the cost of product(s) and associated taxes in your order, they do not apply to shipping charges for an order. Only one Gift Card can be used per order. If you would like to apply multiple gift cards to an order, please contact our Customer Experience department for assistance. Promotions or savings of any kind cannot be applied to the purchase of a Dreiheit House Gift Cards.

Dreiheit House currently collects Singapore sales tax on all orders shipped within the republic of Singapore. In some cases, additional tax will be charged at the city and/or county level.

We do not currently offer gift wrapping, but we do offer a several gift boxed products. Our gift boxes are as elegant as any gift solution on the market. Please explore our selection.

Your Dreiheit House delivery will include a packing slip that does not show any product pricing, taxes, or shipping costs, which is especially helpful when sending a gift. If you are interested in viewing the prices for a past order, you have several options:

 

Email: Your Order Confirmation email, which is emailed the day you place your order, lists all product prices, taxes, and shipping costs.

 

Online: If you have an online account with us, click here and sign into your Dreiheit House account. Select the order you wish to view and click the “Orders” button. All product prices are listed for each order.

Yes! After placing 2 or more items in your Shopping Bag, click on the button “Ship to more than one address?”, located on the bottom left side of the Shopping Bag page. When you ship to multiple locations, you can choose where to deliver each and every item in your cart. Please note: to qualify for free shipping within a Multiship order, the free shipping threshold must be reached per location.

The quality and safety of all our tea offerings is our mandate, to ensure that you enjoy only the highest quality and safest teas. All of our teas are naturally produced and undergo stringent quality assurance testing for pesticides and microbial contamination from the garden level to the post-harvest facilities, and through the final production processes and handling.

ORGANIC

Dreiheit House offers both conventional and organic teas, tea blends, and herbal tisanes to our consumers. All of our teas are rigorously tested for food safety and comply with US and EU regulations. The EU has stricter pesticide standards than the US and it also has test laboratories that detect pesticides at lower levels than US labs. The only way to ensure that teas are pesticide free, whether Camelia sinensis or herbal, is to buy certified organic teas or tisanes. All of Dreiheit House organic teas meet both the US and EU standards.

 

Dreiheit House conventional blends, while not organic, undergo strict quality procedures. Washing/ cleaning/ sorting is one of the early processes for raw agricultural products. Each ingredient (tea, herbs, dried fruits, flowers, spices and other plant ingredients have to be processed and tested according to good manufacturing practices before blending and packing to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the product. All tea ingredients are tested before blending and packaging. All quality, food safety and toxicological safety are ensured in compliance with EU and US pesticide regulations.

FLAVORS

Dreiheit House offers a wide selection of both organic and conventional teas and herbal tisanes with or without flavouring. We use natural flavouring in some of our blends to create a unique taste experience. Flavoured teas, both conventional and organic, are safe, clean and of as high a quality as unflavoured teas. Dreiheit House flavoured teas are free from allergens and GMOs.

GMOs

All of Dreiheit House products are GMO free. This includes the material for our teabags – NeoSoilon® sachets, the ingredients in the teas and the natural flavours.

PACKAGING

Dreiheit House teabags – NeoSoilon® sachets are made from PLA resin that derived from sugarcane, natural origin. It can be composed and biodegraded completely by microorganisms in soil via hydrolysis. It is designed for safe and non-toxic filter to be environment-friendly and better for the human future.  Additionally our teabag material does not contain gluten, GMOs, corn nor any of the eight FDA recognized allergens (tree nuts, peanuts, milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, wheat or soybeans). Our teabag material has been tested by an accredited third party independent lab for food safety. Dreiheit House’s NeoSoilon® sachets is inert (does not react with boiling water), does not contain heat sealing adhesives and is designed to allow free flow of water for maximum tea infusion.

Tea does not have an expiration date, but it can start to lose freshness over time. At Dreiheit House, we label all of our products with a “best by” date to ensure that you experience the best we have to offer.

We do recommend storing your tea in a dry, cool, dark space. Tea needs to be kept away from heat, light, air, and moisture to ensure its freshness. Do not store your teas in the freezer or refrigerator.

To an extent some tea dust is normal and due to nature of the product. However excessive dust could be due to a number of factors, such as poor shipping and handling in transit, in combination with very delicate tea with lightweight ingredients, such as Chamomile Dream.

Many of our teas, over 50 and growing, are certified Kosher by KOF-K. If you are looking to shop exclusively for Kosher Certified teas, start by visiting our Kosher Certified tea page. Yes, all of our teas are Gluten Free.

Yes! Our blended teas and herbal tisanes are crafted using plant-derived ingredients and natural flavors including tea leaves, herbs, spices, fruits and flowers and are suitable for vegans.

Yes! For every SGD 1.00 you spend, you earn 1 point. In other words, each time you make a purchase, you receive 5% back in points. To learn all the ways you can earn points and to sign up for the program, visit our Rewards Page.

First, be sure you login to your Dreiheit House account. (Don’t have an account? Sign up for free). Once you’re logged in, you can start earning points by joining the Rewards program, making purchases, posting product reviews, referring a friend, following us on our social media channels, and more! Be sure you are logged in to your Dreiheit House account. Then at checkout, simply choose the amount of points from the Rewards dropdown menu, located above the Discount code / Gift Card field.

You must have at least 100 points in your account to start redeeming. At checkout, select an amount from the Rewards dropdown menu and click “Apply”. The options are 100, 200, 300 or 400 points.

All points are auto added immediately when you sign up an account, purchased any products or by successful referral.

100 points are worth SGD 5.00, 200 points are worth SGD 10.00, etc.

You cannot combine discount codes (or automatically applied codes, like Sitewide sales) with Rewards points. At checkout, you may choose to use a discount code or your Rewards points.

Your points will expire in 1 calendar year if you are not an active customer. Customers can stay active by creating an Rewards account, making a purchase on dreiheithouse.com, receiving points or redeeming points.

Give $5 – Receive $5. The Refer a Friend Program is now part of our Reward Program. Refer friends who are new to Dreiheit House and give them SGD 5.00 off their first purchase of SGD 100.00 or more. You will receive 100 Rewards points (SGD 5.00 value) for each friend who makes a purchase using your referral link. Refer a Friend by logging into your Rewards account and entering their email address, or, by visiting the Refer a Friend page.

Terms & Conditions : To qualify for a Refer A Friend promo code, the referred person must (i) be a new dreiheithouse.com customer, (ii) use a referral link to obtain the discount code and (iii) make a purchase on https://dreiheithouse.com prior to the promotion code expiration if applicable. Referring customers will receive a referral credit in their https://dreiheithouse.com account after the referral is confirmed and the referral credit is approved by a customer service member (within 24 hours after the referred friend makes their purchase). Customers are limited to referring two people per household. Referring customers may only earn one referral credit per referred person. In the event a referred person returns a purchased item and their lifetime order value decreases below the minimum purchase amount, the referral credit awarded to the referring customer will be rescinded. Customers may not refer anyone who has an existing www.dreiheithouse.com account under an alternate email address. Offer not valid for our wholesale and retail partners. Any abuse of this offer, as determined by us in our sole discretion, may result in the rescission of the referring customer’s referral credit and the referred person’s promo code as well as both parties’ inability to participate in this or future promotions. Referral credit cannot be applied to previous purchases, and is not redeemable for cash. Points earned for items that are later returned will be deducted from the Rewards Account after the return is processed.
